This month's TrendGraphix report for Carlsbad

Check out this month’s TrendGraphix Report for Carlsbad.  Two interesting points to note:

 

1)     While the number of new listings is going up, the overall inventory continues to decline.  This indicates that demand is soaking up the new and existing supply of homes on the market.  However…

2)     Over the last couple of months the number of pending sales has gone down while closed sales have risen.  This means that we should see a decrease in the closed sales over the next 60 days.
