The Treasury Department and the Federal Housing Administration will be setting up new rules and policies to help homeowners appeal decisions made on certain modification programs. According to an article in Housingwire, the new procedures will be made available in the coming months and will allow homeowners access to an appeals process that may reverse some of the decisions made. Should be interesting if any reversals are indeed made.
